The annexure 'g' is also known as the No Objection Certificate(NOC) and the main purpose of this Annexure is to obtain a no objection Certificate from the head of the department,office or ministry where the applicant is working and wants to obtain a passport and this NOC will be valid for six months from date of issue,So they should get passport within 6 months.

What is NOC as per annexure g ?


NOC serves as an additional document which states a clarification about the applicant with regard to the purpose of the document.
NOC plays a vital role when you want to apply for any official document, and you are a government employee. It is issued by the controlling authority of administrative authority where the employee works in the format of Annexure g.

How to make annexure g form ?


Submit a application to your head of the department where you are working. They will give you No objection Certificate on letter head.
No Objection Certificate issuing officer should attest the photograph of the applicant with his/her signature and rubber stamp in such a way that half the signature and stamp appear on the photograph and half on the certificate.

Note:-
